Abstract This study aims to design a storytelling-based company profile video for Lestari Coffee as an audiovisual medium for brand information and to describe how storytelling is applied visually and narratively. The study uses development research with a Design Thinking approach consisting of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, expert validation, and user testing. The subjects consisted of media experts, material experts, and users of the Lestari Coffee company profile video. Data were analyzed descriptively by interpreting field findings, interview results, and evaluations of the developed product. The findings show that the video was developed to communicate Lestari Coffee’s business history, brand values, local farmer partnerships, coffee production process, products, achievements, and marketing activities. Storytelling was applied by arranging the information into a coherent narrative that combines visual footage, voice-over, music, text, and real activities of the business. The development process produced an audiovisual company profile that presents the brand more comprehensively than product- focused promotional information alone. The study concludes that a storytelling-based company profile can function as an informative and representative audiovisual medium for introducing the identity, values, processes, and strengths of Lestari Coffee to audiences.
