General Background: Traditional culinary micro, small, and medium enterprises face increasing competition, changing consumer preferences, limited market reach, and conventional operational practices that challenge long-term financial stability. Specific Background: The studied enterprise experienced a continuous decline in average monthly revenue from IDR 61,500,000 in 2023 to IDR 56,333,333 in the first semester of 2026 despite maintaining strong customer loyalty and an authentic product identity. Knowledge Gap: The existing configuration remained dependent on physical outlets, conventional packaging, limited digital channels, a single primary revenue stream, and constrained human resource management, demonstrating the need for an integrated assessment of the nine Business Model Canvas elements. Aims: This study identifies existing strengths and constraints and formulates an integrated Business Model Canvas strategy to support sustainable financial performance. Methods: A descriptive qualitative design employed in-depth interviews, passive observation, documentation, snowball sampling, source and technique triangulation, and Miles and Huberman’s interactive analysis. Results: Customer loyalty, authentic taste, and cost efficiency emerged as major strengths, whereas limited digital channels, conventional packaging, single-source income dependence, and operational constraints represented key weaknesses. The proposed configuration integrates digital marketing, online food delivery, modern packaging, ready-to-heat products, cashless transactions, digital point-of-sale systems, catering, and expanded partnerships. Novelty: The study provides an integrated nine-element configuration combining product modernization, digital market access, operational digitalization, and income-source diversification within a single strategic framework. Implications: The proposed strategy provides an operational basis for broader market access, diversified income generation, and sustained recovery of monthly financial performance. Highlights: Average monthly income decreased from IDR 61.50 million in 2023 to IDR 56.33 million in the first half of 2026. Loyal customers, authentic taste, and cost efficiency remained core internal strengths despite several operational constraints. Digital channels, modern packaging, cashless transactions, ready-to-heat products, catering, and expanded partnerships constitute the proposed strategic priorities.
