General Background Internal auditing plays a pivotal role in maintaining operational transparency and compliance within the modern coffee manufacturing industry. Specific Background PT Aneka Coffee Industry relies on manual audit mechanisms that create operational bottlenecks, elevate record-keeping errors, and delay managerial reporting. Knowledge Gap While digital audit platforms exist, practical implementations frequently neglect user-centric UI/UX design and responsive cross-device adaptability essential for diverse workplace literacies. Aims This study designs and deploys a web-based internal audit system featuring intuitive user interfaces, responsive front-end architecture, and role-based security controls. Results Cross-platform evaluations confirm that the digital platform streamlines data retrieval, cutting report search and generation duration by 50% compared to conventional paper-based workflows. Novelty The system integrates Figma-driven usability prototyping, Bootstrap responsive grid structures, and secure bcrypt password encryption alongside Role-Based Access Control to ensure seamless mobile and desktop operation. Implications Digitizing internal audit protocols accelerates executive decision-making, mitigates data vulnerability, and provides a scalable framework adaptable to industrial quality management systems. Key Findings Highlights Web-based automation decreases audit report retrieval time by half relative to manual workflows. Responsive front-end layouts enable reliable cross-device functionality across mobile and desktop environments. Role-Based Access Control integrated with encrypted authentication prevents unauthorized data access.
