Abstract

Cross-country military sports are sports that are contested in the military environment asan effort to foster the physical abilities of the Navy's soldiers. The doctrine in the Indonesian Navyforcefully demands every soldier to never give up in every task that is carried out so that in militarysporting events the soldier will spend all of his abilities. In the process of cross-country competitionwith heavy physical activity causing many soldiers who experience heat exhaust (pre heat strokeconditions) continue to force themselves to compete and will continue to become a heat stroke.This is compounded by the distance traveled so that the medical team had difficulty reaching thesoldiers who experienced the incident. Internet of things (IoT) is the idea that all objects in the realworld can communicate with each other as part of an integrated system using the internet networkas a link.By using the IoT platform it is possible to monitor an object continuously and provideanalysis directly without being limited by distance and time. Based on the description above, it isnecessary to design and build an early detection system for the heat stroke of TNI AL soldiers incross-country military sport activities based on IoT (Internet of Thing). This system can help detectpositions and soldiers who will experience heat stroke so that medical treatment can be given earlyto prevent heat stroke.Keywords: Monitoring, Heat Stroke, Cross Country, IoT.

Abstract

Banjir pada lahan pertanian terbatas di wilayah Gunung Roay dapat diatasi melalui pemanfaatan teknologi lubang resapan biopori. Kegiatan PkM bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Gunung Roay dalam menanggulangi banjir melalui pemanfaatan lubang resapan biopori. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, sosialisasi, demo plot, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan memberikan dampak pada pengetahuan, wawasan, dan keterampilan masyarakat mengenai manfaat, cara kerja, pembuatan, dan penerapan lubang resapan biopori. Sebelum kegiatan dilaksanakan, mayoritas masyarakat belum mengetahui manfaat, cara membuat, dan mengaplikasikan biopori. Berakhirnya kegiatan ini menghasilkan mayoritas masyarakat mengetahui, memahami, dan ingin menerapkannya secara mandiri. Teknologi ini mampu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam konservasi air dan tanah secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Student cooperatives play a vital role in fostering economic empowerment and entrepreneurial development within higher education institutions. However, challenges such as high management turnover, low member participation, and suboptimal service management often hinder their ability to achieve member satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of service management and service quality on member satisfaction in the Student Cooperative of ITB Ahmad Dahlan. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active members, and the relationships among variables were examined using structural modeling analysis. The findings reveal that both service management and service quality have a positive effect on member satisfaction. The urgency of this research lies in the need to strengthen the managerial and service functions of student cooperatives to remain adaptive and relevant in the digital transformation era. The study contributes practically by providing recommendations for improving service governance and quality, and theoretically by enriching literature on service management within educational cooperatives. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative approach, combining managerial and service quality dimensions to explain member satisfaction, specifically in the context of student-based cooperative organizations.

Abstract

Perubahan iklim menyebabkan kelangkaan air sehingga menghambat aktivitas pada sektor pertanian. Gunung Roay Kabupaten Tasikmalaya menjadi salah satu wilayah yang seringkali menghadapi keterbatasan air saat musim kemarau tiba. Teknologi rorak dapat menjadi strategi untuk menampung air yang dapat digunakan saat musim kemarau. Kegiatan PkM bertujuan untuk mengedukasi dan mendampingi masyarakat Gunung Roay dalam mengatasi permasalahan kekeringan melalui konservasi air dan tanah menggunakan teknologi rorak. Program dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai Juli 2024 menggunakan metode observasi, sosialisasi, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan PkM diketahui bahwa pendampingan dan edukasi masyarakat Gunung Roay terhadap implementasi rorak mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, wawasan, dan keterampilan. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan di antaranya manfaat, cara kerja, pembuatan, dan penerapan teknologi rorak. Peningkatan tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan hasil evaluasi menggunakan metode kuesioner yakni sebelum pelaksanaan program, masyarakat belum mengetahui teknologi rorak dan sering menghadapi permasalahan keterbatasan air. Adapun setelah dilaksanakan program, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan, kemauan, dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam melakukan konservasi tanah dan air. Lebih lanjut, mayoritas masyarakat berkeinginan untuk mengetahui, memahami, dan menerapkan secara mandiri. Teknologi rorak diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya penampungan air untuk suplai air berkelanjutan
