This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT Tunggal Idaman Abdi, General Packing Division. Employee performance is one of the key factors in supporting work effectiveness and achieving the company's objectives. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 55 employees selected through a saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²) with the assistance of SPSS version 26.The results showed that, partially, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t-value = 2.931; Sig. = 0.005), while work discipline did not have a significant effect on employee performance (t-value = 1.771; Sig. = 0.083). Simultaneously, the work environment and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance (F-value = 14.343; Sig. = 0.000). Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.331 indicated that the work environment and work discipline explained 33.1% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 66.9% was influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the work environment is a significant factor affecting employee performance, whereas work discipline does not have a significant partial effect. However, both variables simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance.
