This study aims to analyze the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning process at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatullah Yogyakarta, covering needs planning, decision-making, procurement mechanisms, funding sources, utilization, maintenance, evaluation, and adaptation to technological developments. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Informants were selected purposively based on their knowledge and involvement in the management of the madrasah’s facilities and infrastructure. Data were analyzed thematically through the stages of data familiarization, coding, theme development and review, theme definition, and analytical reporting. The findings indicate that the management of facilities and infrastructure at MA Hidayatullah Yogyakarta is carried out through annual planning that considers existing facility conditions, learning needs, curriculum development, the number of students, urgency, and budgetary capacity. Procurement is implemented through needs proposals, market surveys, budget verification, foundation approval, and inspection of the quality and completeness of procured items. Funding is obtained from several sources, while maintenance is conducted through organized storage, routine maintenance, supervision of facility use, and damage reporting. Teachers and students are involved in the utilization and maintenance of facilities, while semester-based evaluations are used to determine priorities for improvement and inform subsequent planning. The madrasah also adapts to technological developments through the provision of computers, projectors, and internet access, as well as teacher training. These findings indicate that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at the madrasah operates as an interconnected process involving planning, procurement, utilization, maintenance, and evaluation to support the continuity of the learning process.
