Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of QRIS usage, Financial Behavior, Financial Attitude, and Financial Knowledge on the financial performance of MSMEs in Lhokseumawe City. This study employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 102 respondents selected using the purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that QRIS usage and Financial Knowledge have no significant effect on the financial performance of MSMEs. In contrast, Financial Behavior and Financial Attitude have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of MSMEs. These findings suggest that the financial performance of MSMEs in Lhokseumawe City is more influenced by financial management behavior and attitudes than by QRIS usage or financial knowledge.
