Abstract

The This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on employee turnover intention at a luxury resort in Ubud, Bali. A quantitative causal associative method was employed with a total sample of 72 respondents. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression via SPSS 26. The t-test results indicate that job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention (t=?5.837;p<0.05), with compensation optimization as the primary anchor. Conversely, job insecurity has a significant positive effect (t=10.396;p<0.05) and acts as the most dominant predictor stimulating resignation due to employment status and career uncertainty. Simultaneously (F-test), both variables significantly influence turnover intention (F=54.089;p<0.05) with an R-Square of 61.1%, while 38.9% is explained by external factors. Practical implications require management to design transparent career pathing and enhance solution-oriented supervision to strengthen human resource retention.
