<![CDATA[This study analyzes the role of transformational leadership and teachers' digital pedagogical competence in building students' religious character. The research gap lies in the absence of studies integrating these two variables within religious character formation in the digital era, as previous research has been partial. This research employs a qualitative approach with a library research method. Data were obtained through systematic searches on academic databases using keywords: transformational leadership, digital pedagogical competence, and religious character. Literature selection was conducted through three stages: identification of 187 titles, abstract screening to 52 literatures, and full-text review resulting in 26 final literatures. Data analysis used content analysis and thematic synthesis. The main findings reveal that the synergy between transformational leadership and teachers' digital pedagogical competence manifests through a multilevel causal mechanism: transformational leadership creates vision, culture, and institutional support, while teachers' digital pedagogical competence serves as an operational instrument that internalises religious values through technology-based learning. This synergy forms a conceptual integrative framework for building students' religious character in the digital era. This study contributes theoretically to developing religious character education based on leadership and digital pedagogy, and practically as a reference for principals and teachers in designing adaptive character education strategies.]]>
