Abstract

This study develops and implements a web-based information system to support organizational data management and public information dissemination at the Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) in North Lampung, Indonesia. The study addresses limitations associated with conventional information dissemination, fragmented activity documentation, and the absence of an integrated platform for structured organizational data access. A Waterfall development model was adopted, comprising requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and literature review, while system requirements and structures were modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML) through use case, activity, and class diagrams. The application was implemented using PHP and MySQL and incorporated role-based access for administrators or organizational managers, logistics managers, and public users. Functional verification employed Black Box Testing across 34 scenarios covering authentication, member and organizational data management, activities, organizational information, user and access-right management, search, reporting, and logout functions. The resulting system integrates internal organizational data management and public information presentation within a single web platform, while role-based access separates administrative functions from public information according to user authority. These results demonstrate the feasibility of translating organizational requirements into an operational information system. However, detailed pass/fail evidence for all testing scenarios was not available in the source documentation; therefore, no functional success rate is reported. Future evaluation should incorporate usability, security, performance, and complete functional-testing documentation to provide stronger evidence of system quality and practical effectiveness.
