Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran PKn dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT), untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn setelah penerapan dengan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) dan untuk mengetahui respon siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) dalam meningkatkan kemampun berpikir kritis siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII B8 yang berjumlah 34 orang, terdiri dari 16 orang laki-laki dan 18 orang perempuan. Pengumpulan data hasil kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dan respon siswa menggunakan metode tes dan non tes. Tes dilakukan pada akhir pembelajaran (tes evaluasi) dan setiap akhir siklus. Metode non tes berupa observasi dilakukan untuk menilai kemampuan berpikir kritis ranah psikomotorik (kegiatan diskusi kelompok). Metode non tes dengan menggunakan kuisioner untuk menilai respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT). Data kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dan data respon siswa yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada mata pelajaran PKn siswa kelas VIII B8 semester II di SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. Persentase kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn siklus I adalah 72% (kategori cukup) dan siklus II adalah 81% (kategori baik). Untuk nilai rata-rata respon siswa sebesar 45 dengan kategori sangat positif, sehingga penelitian ini jika dilihat dari respon siswa dapat dikatakan berhasil. Kata kunci: berpikir kritis, model pembelajaran NHT Abstract The problem in this research is the lack of critical thinking skills of students. This study aims to determine the learning process Civics with implementation of learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT), to determine the increase critical thinking skills of students on the subjects of Civics after the application of the learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) and to evaluate the response of the students after the implementation of learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) in improving students' critical thinking. This type of research is the PTK (Classroom Action Research) is conducted in two cycles. The subjects were students of class VIII B8 totaling 34 people, consisting of 16 men and 18 women.Collecting data of critical thinking skills of students and students' responses using the test methods and non-test. The tests were conducted at the end of the lesson (evaluation tests) and the end of each cycle. Methods of non-test form of observations carried out to assess the ability of critical thinking realm psychomotor (discussion group). Non-test methods using questionnaires to assess students' response to the learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT). Data critical thinking skills of students and student response data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the application of the learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) can enhance critical thinking skills in the subject of Civics graders VIII B8 in the second half of SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. The percentage of students' critical thinking skills on the subjects of Civics first cycle was 72% (sufficient category) and the second cycle was 81% (both categories). For use values average student responses by 45 categorized as very positive, so this study if seen from the students' responses can be said successfully. Keywords: critical thinking, learning model NHT

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to analyze the developer's responsibility for canceling home purchases by prospective buyers. This paper uses a normative type of writing. The approach used is an economic analysis approach to law that serves to overcome legal problems and assess the impact of the application of certain legal rules. Based on the analysis, it shows that the developer is domiciled as a seller and the prospective buyer has not been domiciled as a buyer because the sale and purchase transaction occurs when the parties have signed PPJB. Then, the developer's responsibility related to the cancellation of the purchase of a house by a prospective buyer before the existence of PPJB is to make a refund of the money paid by the prospective home buyer as regulated by Article 22H Paragraph (2) PP 12/2021 which is a form of the principle of absolute responsibility of the developer. The refund of the purchase of the house is preceded by an agreement on the amount of money that can be returned, where the prospective buyer can only get a maximum refund of 80% of the amount paid.
