<![CDATA[Rizkyakan MSME, one of the MSMEs assisted by Rumah BUMN Ende, still uses a manual sales system, resulting in limitations in managing product data, orders, payments, and marketing. This condition causes transaction recording processes to be less effective, product information management to be poorly organized, and marketing reach to remain limited. This study aims to design and develop a web-based e-commerce system taht can assist Rizkykana MSME in managing its sales processes more effectively and efficiently, while also facilitating customers in obtaining product information and placing orders. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall method, ehich consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The analysis technique includes system requirements analysis to identify user and business process requiments, while system testing is conducted using the black box testing method to ensure that each function operates according to the specified requirements. The result of this study is a web-based e-commerce system that provides features for product data management, ordering, payment, and sales reporting. The developed system can assist Rizkykana MSME in managing transactions and sales data in a more structured manner and provide convenience for customers in placing orders online. Therefore, the system can support improved operational efficiency and expand the marketing reach of Rizkykana MSME.]]>
