CV Sumber Kasih is a wooden furniture production business that still faces problems in managing orders and sales. Manual recording causes product, order, payment, and transaction data to remain unintegrated. In addition, unstructured work planning and delays in delivering information can hinder customer service and increase the risk of data-recording errors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Information System for Ordering and Selling Products at CV Sumber Kasih Wood Workshop to facilitate structured management of product, customer, order, payment, and transaction report data. The study uses a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation and interviews. System development applies the Waterfall method, consisting of requirement, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance stages. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented using PHP and MySQL. The analysis technique includes analysis of the existing system and system requirements, followed by functional testing using Black Box Testing on the system's main features. The results show that the system was successfully developed with features for managing products, customers, orders, payments, transaction reports, customer registration and login, shopping carts, product design submission, and order history. Black Box Testing on seven test scenarios showed that all tested functions operated according to system requirements. The developed system transforms manual recording into a computerized process, making order and sales management more structured.
