Inventory management at the Ende Regency Social Agency is currently conducted manually using logbooks and simple files. This situation leads to several issues, such as delays in data retrieval, recording errors, data duplication, and difficulties in accurately tracking stock availability and movement. The lack of integration between the recording processes for incoming and outgoing goods also renders the reporting process less effective. This study aims to design and develop a web-based inventory information system incorporating the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) algorithm to enhance the effectiveness, accuracy, and organization of inventory management at the Ende Regency Social Agency. The research employs a system development method with a structured approach. The FIFO algorithm is applied to the outgoing goods process, ensuring that the items received first are the first ones issued. Analysis techniques include assessing system requirements, analyzing the processes for managing incoming and outgoing goods, and evaluating the application of the FIFO algorithm to stock issuance sequences. The system is developed as a web-based application utilizing a centralized database to support integrated data recording and management. The study results in a web-based inventory information system that facilitates structured recording of incoming and outgoing goods, accelerates data retrieval, simplifies stock monitoring, and enables more effective inventory reporting. The implementation of the FIFO algorithm ensures that goods are issued based on their arrival sequence, resulting in inventory management that is more organized, accurate, and transparent.
