Abstract

The management of toddler data at the Integrated Health Service Post (Posyandu) in Paupire Urban Village is still carried out manually using record books, resulting in several problems, such as recording errors, the risk of data damage and loss, difficulties in searching for toddler data, and delays in the recapitulation and report preparation processes. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for managing toddler Posyandu data that can assist cadres in managing toddler data, Posyandu data, cadre data, and service data in a more structured, faster, and efficient manner. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and literature studies, while the analysis technique was carried out by analyzing user requirements and problems in Posyandu data management. The result of this study is a web-based information system for managing toddler Posyandu data that provides features for managing toddler, Posyandu, cadre, and service data. The developed system can assist cadres in recording, searching, managing, and presenting Posyandu service data in a more structured and efficient manner, so that the data management and report preparation processes can be carried out more quickly and easily.
