Nature tourism in Kutacane, located in Southeast Aceh Regency, includes attractions such as Mount Leuser National Park and Lawe Dua Waterfall. However, tourists face uncertainty regarding precise locations and a lack of information on local amenities such as restrooms, places of worship, and food and beverage options—stemming from the absence of integrated mobile-based digital information infrastructure. To address this issue, this study aims to design the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for a tourism information application named "Trip Wisata Kutacane." A human-centered design methodology was employed, comprising five iterative stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Data were gathered through interviews with tourists and local residents. Incorporating distinctive local visual elements, a high-fidelity interactive prototype was developed using the Figma platform. Usability testing was conducted with 20 respondents based on specific task scenarios, utilizing the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument. The results indicate that all respondents successfully completed every task, with an average completion time of 14 seconds per scenario. The application prototype achieved a "Good" rating (Grade B) and an "Acceptable" level of acceptability, with an average SUS score of 79.1. These findings demonstrate that the "Trip Wisata Kutacane" application successfully provides a user-friendly, functional tourism information platform capable of reducing the likelihood of tourists getting lost during their travels.
