Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work-Life Balance and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Working Students (a case study of students in the Management Study Program at Pamulang University). This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 97 working student respondents. The data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination (R²), and classical assumption tests, with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that partially, Work-Life Balance (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of working students (Y), with a t-value of 9.266 > 1.985 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Job Satisfaction (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of working students (Y), with a t-value of 11.249 > 1.985 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Work-Life Balance and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of working students, with an F-value of 78.184 > 3.09. The results of multiple linear regression analysis produce the equation Y = 10.750 + 0.290X1 + 0.483X2, with an R Square value of 0.625, indicating that 62.5% of the variation in working students’ performance is influenced by these two variables, while the remaining 37.5% is affected by other factors outside this study. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for working students and related
