Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Swapro Internasional in Bintaro, South Tangerang. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 60 respondents who are employees of PT. Swapro Internasional in Bintaro, South Tangerang. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficient analysis, t tests and f tests. Analyzed using SPSS with the following research results: The results show that the t test of the communication variable obtained a t-count value greater than t-table, namely 2.376> 2.00247 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means communication has an effect on employee performance. The t-test of the teamwork variable obtained a t-value greater than the t-table, namely 3.709 > 2.00247 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, Ho was rejected and H2 was accepted, which means that teamwork has an effect on employee performance. Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression on the communication variables (X1) and teamwork (X2), the equation is Y = 19.632 + 0.323X1 + 0.554X2. And the coefficient of determination is 33.10%, while the remaining 66.90% can be influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a value of F count > F table (14.070 > 3.16)
