Abstract

The heterogeneity of generation Z students in Malang Raya forms a varied attitude so that the level of spiritual quotient experiences serious things that must be considered. In fact, this intelligence will shape the direction of character education in accordance with the values contained therein. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to analyze the level of spiritual quotient and its orientation towards character education of Malang Raya students. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey research type at four PTKI in Malang Raya. Data were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires and tests on spiritual quotient. The results of the study showed that the level of spiritual quotient of Malang Raya students was: 32% high, 62% moderate, 6% low with a mean of 85.07 which means that the level of spiritual quotient of students is good, while the orientation of spiritual quotient towards character education is seen in the wisdom taken from every incident and disaster experienced, always keeping promises, trying to apologize and giving happiness to others. The findings of this study are that character education requires strengthening the spiritual quotient in students so that religious values ​​can truly be applied internally and externally to the self and mentality of each student.

Abstract

Until now the management of educator standards has not been effective because the recruitment process is not selective and competency development has not been carried out properly so that strategic steps are needed to develop it especially in implementing MBKM in higher education which requires the right steps. The purpose of this study was to analyze the management of educator standards in implementing MBKM at PTKI East Java. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a multi-case study type at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, IAIN Kediri and Zainul Hasan Genggong University, Probolinggo. The data were obtained from statements from leaders or policy makers orally and documentation of the management of educator standards at PTKI East Java The research results show that the implementation of standard regulations for MBKM-oriented educators at PTKI East Java is carried out based on Law no. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, and its implementation in the recruitment of lecturers and the development of their competencies and qualifications that can carry out the MBKM program which is carried out in the form of socialization and training to provide a complete picture of lecturers' readiness in facilitating independent learning.

Abstract

Supervision of Islamic education is required to provide guidance and direction to develop individuals in improving the quality of education together. Islamic values should continue to be taken for the realization of quality education and in line with the demands of the Islamic religion and the curriculum has been set. Therefore, various characteristics possessed by the executor is certainly not the same education that require different handling. Proper supervision pattern will affect the success of the plural in performing tasks relevant and effective education.

Abstract

Ulama essentially have a role in continuing the struggle of the mission of the Prophet Muhammad Saw as he was told that the Ulama were the heirs of the Prophets. Based on this, in forming and maintaining the integrity of Islamic teachings, the role of ulama is very important to place it as a central figure in Islamic religious life. Moreover the understanding of da'wah is related to education, so Islamic religious education is also a very important area in maintaining the values contained in it. In the era of globalization, maintaining the noble values of Islam cannot be done carefully by positioning the ulama as key figures in Islamic da'wah while maintaining the prevailing ethics and norms. The embedding of ulama as a guardian of the Islamic religious education movement cannot be refuted especially in maintaining the morality of the community in participating in building education in Indonesia. In the realm of education, central figures have the power to build a positive culture and maintain a harmonious life.
