Generation Z faces challenges in growing their faith due to their low spiritual index. Many Junior Church-age teenagers do not yet understand the doctrine of salvation and the importance of immersion baptism. The discipleship program based on the "Becoming Like Christ" (MSK) Module 1 was implemented to guide them in understanding the Christian faith systematically. The method used included ten online learning sessions via Zoom and Google Meet, with daily mentoring by mentors. As a result, four out of five participants decided to be baptized by immersion. This success shows the effectiveness of the program in building theological understanding and spiritual commitment of teenagers. However, challenges such as limited number of participants and online interactions need to be overcome through the development of hybrid methods. The implementation of MSK 1 in more local churches can strengthen the regeneration of Christian faith and sustainable congregation growth.
