Abstract

: Science learning is a process designed to provide with student’s direct experience, allowing to them develop skills to optimize students' creative thinking skills. Creative thinking skills are needed to help students discover new ideas and see obstacles from diverse perspectives of thought. One way to support the development of these skills is through the creation of STEM-based E-LKPD in science learning at the junior high school level. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of STEM-based E-LKPD developed to hone students' creative thinking skills related to temperature, heat, and expansion material in grade VII. The research used the Research and Development (RND) method with the ADDIE model, including five stages, analyzing, designing, implementing, developing, and evaluating. The were product test subject’s students of class VII A of SMPN 3 Rambipuji. The results show that this STEM-based E-LKPD is very valid with a percentage of 93%, very practical with a percentage of 91%, and quite effective based on the N-gain value of 0.68. Therefore, the E-LKPD STEM-based is determined to be highly qualified and practical when applied in learning to improve students' creative thinking skills.
