This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of the Trans Nusantara Logistik (TNL) service business operating in Solo Raya. The analysis shows that TNL has two operational fleet units, providing daily fleet rentals, express delivery, and regular delivery for clients including projects, small industries, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, in facing competition with large-scale expedition companies, there are identified problems, including small fleet size, inadequate business legality, manual management structure, and suboptimal digital branding. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method through a case study approach, primary and secondary data such as investment capital, working capital, and monthly income to calculate the Break Even Point (BEP), Return on Investment (ROI), and payback period, complemented by a qualitative SWOT analysis. The results of the study indicate that an investment capital of Rp203,500,000 and working capital of Rp32,162,199 are required. With a monthly BEP of Rp9,648,720, which is significantly lower than the assumed monthly income of Rp56,000,000. The operating profit obtained is 10.35%, which is higher than the deposit interest plus a risk premium of 7%. In addition, the return on investment (ROI) reaches 11% per month, with a payback period of approximately eight years. These findings indicate that the TNL business can be run and developed further, provided the fleet is utilized more optimally, legal documents are improved, and digital marketing strategies are enhanced to speed up the return on investment process and make the business more competitive.
