Learning concentration is a crucial factor influencing students' success in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). However, many students still experience difficulties maintaining their attention due to the use of less varied instructional methods. This study aims to analyze students' learning concentration, identify innovative learning strategies implemented by teachers, describe teachers' efforts to improve concentration, and examine the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting the implementation of these strategies in PAI learning at MI Nurul Hidayah. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The participants consisted of PAI teachers, the school principal, and students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings revealed that students' learning concentration remained unstable and tended to fluctuate, particularly when learning activities relied on monotonous teaching methods. Teachers implemented several innovative learning strategies, including group discussions, educational games, and the use of visual and audio media, which effectively enhanced student engagement, interest, and concentration. Teachers also improved learning concentration by actively involving students, providing rewards, and creating a conducive classroom environment. Supporting factors included students' enthusiasm and active participation, while limited facilities and instructional time emerged as major obstacles. The study implies that innovative learning strategies can serve as an effective approach to improving students' learning concentration in Islamic Religious Education and provide practical guidance for teachers in developing more active, creative, and student-centered learning environments
