Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology and social transformation has challenged Islamic educational institutions to develop adaptive learning systems capable of maintaining educational quality and resilience. This study aims to analyze the philosophical and theoretical foundations of adaptive learning planning in Islamic education, identify its essential components, and formulate implementation strategies to strengthen educational resilience in the disruption era. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach through library research by analyzing scientific journal articles, books, and relevant policy documents. The findings reveal that adaptive learning planning should be grounded in Islamic educational philosophy while integrating flexible pedagogical approaches and digital technology. Five essential components were identified: (1) adaptive context analysis, (2) flexible learning objectives, (3) responsive learning strategies, (4) integrated learning media and resources, and (5) continuous reflective evaluation. These components form an interconnected framework that enables Islamic educational institutions to respond effectively to dynamic educational challenges without compromising Islamic values. The study concludes that adaptive learning planning is not only a pedagogical innovation but also a strategic and theological necessity for sustaining the relevance, quality, and resilience of Islamic education. The implications of this study suggest that Islamic educational institutions should redesign learning planning as a strategic instrument for institutional transformation, strengthen teachers' adaptive and digital competencies, and integrate technology with Islamic values to achieve sustainable educational resilience in the era of disruption.
