Abstract

Islamic education aims to cultivate faithful and morally upright individuals and is highly relevant for fostering an entrepreneurial spirit. This study examines the concept of Islamic education from an entrepreneurial perspective, identifies supporting Islamic values, and explains their implementation in developing entrepreneurial character. Employing a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach, data were sourced from scientific literature, the Quran, Hadith, and previous research. The findings indicate that Islamic education embodies core entrepreneurial principles, including honesty, hard work, responsibility, and creativity. These values are integrated into both formal and non-formal education through curriculum integration, role modeling, and value-based entrepreneurial practices. The study concludes that Islamic education holds significant potential in developing entrepreneurs who are not only economically competent but also ethically, morally, and spiritually responsible. The implications of this research are twofold: theoretically, it enriches the discourse on Islamic education by providing a robust framework for integrating entrepreneurship; practically, it offers a concrete model for educational institutions to cultivate a generation of job creators who operate with integrity and a commitment to societal well-being, addressing the pressing issue of educated unemployment
