Abstract

Abstract. This study focused on Geography subject of Grade X students of SMA 2 Subang, which was motivated by low students’ achievement. Teachers are therefore required to create collaborative class atmosphere. One of the learning models that emphasize cooperation is the Numbered Heads Together method of cooperative learning model. This study aimed to find out students’ response on the implementation of the Numbered Heads Together method in teaching fundamentals of Geography basic competence. This study used descriptive qualitative approach and Kemmis and Taggart model of action research. The results indicated that there was an increase in students’ achievement through the application of the Numbered Heads Together method. This was shown by comparing the test results in cycle 1 and cycle 2, which although were still below the Minimum Mastery Criteria of 70, were able to unfold the students’ desire to have a class that was not boring. Teachers should be more creative in addressing the paradigm change toward a more student-centered learning. The learning model used must be continually perfected and in accordance with the condition of the school environment. Packaging of teaching materials should consider the available guideline and time allocation so that the sorting of the materials can be inte-grated with the model. The application of any learning model should focus on creating active in-stead of passive learning activities.Abstrak. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pembelajaran geografi kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Subang, yang dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa. Maka guru dituntut untuk menciptakan suasana kelas yang mengandung unsur kolaborasi. Salah satu penerapan pembelaja-ran yang berorientasi pada model belajar kooperatif adalah Number Head Together. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk respon peserta didik terhadap model pembelajaran Number Head Together pada kompetensi dasar Dasar-Dasar Ilmu Geografi. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif berupa penelitian tindakan kelas. Model Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang digunakan adalah Kemmis dan Taggart. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pening-katan prestasi yang terjadi dalam pembelajaran dengan model kooperatif tipe Number Head To-gether. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan membandingkan hasil tes pada siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Kes-impulan dari penerapan model Number Head Together pada proses pembelajaran topik Dasar-Dasar Ilmu Geografi secara umum belum membuahkan hasil yang menunjukkan ke arah perbaikan prestasi, sebab nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh peserta didik belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (70) meskipun terjadi peningkatan hasil tes pada siklus 1 dan siklus 2, tetapi lebih kepada terungkapnya keinginan siswa untuk melakukan model yang mampu membuat situasi kelas yang tidak membosankan. Guru harus lebih kreatif dalam menjawab perubahan paradigma pembelaja-ran kearah student center. Model yang dikembangkan tersebut harus terus di sempurnakan dan sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan sekolah. Kemasan bahan ajar harus melihat patokan dan alokasi waktu yang ada sehingga pemilahan materi mampu dipadukan dengan model yang tersebutPenera-pan model apapun haruslah berpatokan pada menciptakan kegiatan pembelajaran, sehingga siswa dipandang aktif dan tidak pasif.

Abstract

On December 9, 2015, Demak Regency has held a live Regency head election, the election was followed by three candidates for the Regency head. Two of the prospective spouses are incumbents. Of course, each candidate has different winning strategies. The winning strategy in this study is the plan and objective of Muhammad Natsir and Joko Sutanto to achieve victory in the election of regents in Demak Regency. The formulation of thisresearch problem is: (1) What is the political communication strategy used by Joko Sutanto and his deputy Joko Sutanto at the 2015 Demak Regency Election? (2) The winning factors used by Muhammad Natsir and his deputy Joko Sutanto in the 2015 Demak Regency Election? The research method used in this study is qualitatively descriptive. The research site is in Demak Regency. The type of data used is primary data through interviews with the Campaign Coordinator, Vice Regent Candidate Joko Sutanto and secondary data obtained through winning team documents, KPUD Demak documents, websites, and journals. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study show that the winning strategy of Muhammad Natsir and Joko Sutanto is political communication. Political communication strategies include political rhetoric, political propaganda, political lobbying and campaigning. The step of carrying out communication strategies is to maintain robustness, strengthen political institutions, create togetherness and build consensus. Then, there are several factors that influence the pair of Muhammad Natsir and Joko Sutanto so as to defeat the incumbent pair , those factors are strategy, party coalition, candidate determination, program mission vision, winning team coordination, mass base of supporters, target voters and campaign. Political communication strategy and supporting factors of victory is the strength of muhammad natsir and joko sutanto against two incumbent candidates. It was proven that muhammad natsir and Joko Sutanto were able to achieve a strong victory in all sub-Regencys in Demak Regency which numbered 14 sub-Regencys, with 309,251 votes out of 569,885 valid votes.

Abstract

The vulnerability of the welfare experienced by the community requires the government to intervene in improving the welfare of the community, one of which is through the CSR program, the program is a concept where companies integrate social and environmental problems in the company's business operations and in the company's interactions with their stakeholders voluntarily. In line with the recommendations of the Semarang City Government, the company participates in programs to improve community welfare through the utilization of CSR funds according to the law, the company carries out its social responsibility with a development model that is aimed directly at the community and emphasizes empowerment. In this study, there were four parties involved in the CSR partnership of the community empowerment program, namely PT. Pertamina (Persero) DPPU Ahmad Yani as the initiator of the program, Tambakharjo Village Government as implementing regulations, Undip academics as drafters in this program, and the community as subjects of the CSR program. The research method used by researchers is a descriptive qualitative research method, it has the basic purpose of knowing the CSR implementation partnership process and explaining how the community empowerment process is. The results of this study are related to the process and implementation of partnerships in CSR community empowerment programs implemented by PT. Pertamina (Persero) DPPU Ahmad Yani in 2019. Researchers tried to dig up data on the CSR partnership process through mapping actors and identifying partnership patterns that were applied, as well as in partnerships as a strategy for community empowerment. CSR Program of PT. Pertamina (Persero) DPPU Ahmad Yani can be said to be successful, referring to the indicators of the success of the CSR partnership in the community empowerment program
