The instruments used were questionnaires and tests. Data analysis using multivariate analysis with the SEM method with the help of Smart-PLS application. The results of the analysis indicate that there is an effect of learning methods on concept mastery of 2.2% with a coefficient value of 0.229 and a P value of 0.523, which is a positive but insignificant effect. In addition, there is a positive and significant effect of learning methods on habits of mind with a coefficient value of 0.837 and a P value of 0.000. However, habits of mind have a negative, but insignificant direct effect on concept mastery with a coefficient value of -0.286 and a P value of 0.427.
