Abstract

PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. melakukan restructuring dengan memisahkan divisi MiInstan dan Consumer Branded Product menjadi perusahaan baru yang bernama PT IndofoodConsumer Branded Product, Tbk. Restructuring Indofood bertujuan untuk untuk mencapaiefektivitas kinerja operasional Indofood dan meningkatkan value perusahaan. Kondisi internaldan perubahan lingkungan eksternal perusahaan mendorong Indofood melakukan restructuring.Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang faktor-faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal perusahaanyang mempengaruhi Indofood melakukan restructuring. Analisis restructuring strategy Indofoodterdiri atas empat tahapan, yaitu: analisis kinerja Indofood sebelum restructuring, analisis kinerjaIndofood setelah restructuring, analisis wealth effect shareholder dan value building growth dananalisis kinerja jangka panjang korporat. Kinerja Indofood sebelum restructuring menunjukkanefisiensi biaya tetapi belum mampu menghasilkan laba bersih operasional yang tinggi jikadibandingkan dengan kinerja industri food and beverages. Restructuring Indofood telah berhasilmeningkatkan nilai perusahaan yang sangat tinggi. Peningkatan nilai perusahaan tidak memberikemakmuran bagi para pemegang saham dan tidak sebanding dengan pertumbuhan perusahaandalam waktu jangka panjang. Indofood memerlukan strategi-strategi baru untuk tetap dapatmeningkatkan penjualannya agar sebanding dengan peningkatan nilai perusahaan. Strategipemasaran harus diperbaharui untuk mengintensifkan peningkatan penjualan pada levelfungsional yang didukung oleh procurement, human resources dan infrastruktur IT yang baik.

Abstract

The current study was done in March 2016 by involving the cattle farmers from Slorok village, Kromengansubdistrict, Malang. The objective of this study was to investigate revenue of cattle sharing system and toanalyze its contribution on the farmer family's income. There is 18 farmers who used sharing system, wasselected by total sampling method. Primary data was collected by through survey and interview. The secondarydata was gained from institutions and related sources. Data analysis used in this study was income analysis ofcattle farmers (who used sharing system). The result showed that cattle farmer's income at Slorok was Rp.3.259.853/beef/year which was come from cattle sharing income.

Abstract

The financial condition of the plantation companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2017 shows that the company has high asset value. The stock return of companies is experiencing a fluctuating condition. The sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling technique so that obtained 8 research samples. The data analysis tool used in this study is quantitative analysis. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Return on Equity (ROE) has significantly negatif effect on stock returns, 2) Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) has not significantly positive effect on stock returns, 3) Price to Book Value (PBV) has significantly positive effect on stock returns, 4) Net Profit Margin (NPM) has not significantly positive effect on stock returns. In this study the ratio of PBV, and NPM proved to have no significant effect on stock returns, while ROE and DAR had a significant but opposite direction.

Abstract

The growth of Small Medium Enterprises (SME’s) has increased significantly in Pontianak. The new entry of small business resulted high level competition in culinary industry. A small business culinary could be closed to bankruptcy because the determination of business location was not feasible and settle. The customer would be difficult to find the location of the small business because due to non-fixed locations. The owner of small business often ignores the selection of strategic location. Therefore, it is important to establish the appropriate business location feasibility. Geographic Information System (GIS) is an information system that able to visualize the determining factors as a result analyzed spatial data. Analytical Hierarchy Processing (AHP) is a method that used into decision making process with multi criteria and multi alternatives. The spatial data of GIS is used by AHP to determine feasible location of small business. The criteria of spatial data are the number of competitors, infrastructure of location, distance of supplier, rental price of location, population density and traffic density. The spatial data of GIS result the visualization of spreading data in real condition on digital map subsequently be analyzed by AHP method to obtain recommended small business locations. The determination of hierarchy, criteria and priority rating location deliver recommendation the feasibility of culinary small business location.
