<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Tesis ini membahas masalah Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Konsumen Dalam Perdagangan Barang Dan Bisnis Investasi Melalui Transaksi Elektronik (ECommerce).Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dan sosiologis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa : Terjadinya Kasus Wanprestasi Dalam Perdagangan Barang dan Bisnis Investasi Melalui Transaksi Elektronik adalah karena adanya berbagai kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan e-commerce ini seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, ketiadaan undang-undang, jaminan keamanan transaksi dan terutama sumber daya manusia bisa diupayakan sekaligus dengan upaya pengembangan pranata e-commerce. Tindakan wanprestasi membawa konsekuensi terhadap timbulnya hak pihak yang dirugikan untuk menuntut pihak yang melakukan wanprestasi untuk memberikan ganti rugi, sehingga oleh hukum diharapkan agar tidak ada satu pihak pun yang dirugikan karena wanprestasi tersebut. Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Hukum, Investasi, Elektronik   ABSTRACT This thesis discusses the problem of Legal Protection Against Consumers in the Trade of Goods and Business Investment Through Electronic Transactions (E-Commerce). From the results of research using normative and sociological legal research methods obtained the conclusion that: The occurrence of Default Cases in the Trade of Goods and Business Investment Through Electronic Transactions is Because of the various obstacles faced in the development of e-commerce is like the limitations of infrastructure, lack of legislation, security of transactions and especially human resources can be attempted at the same time with the e-commerce development process. The act of wanprestation brings consequences to the adversity of the aggrieved party to prosecute the defaulting party to indemnify, so that by law it is expected that no one will be harmed by the default.
