<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Keberadaan Oli sepeda motor sebagai kebutuhan vital dalam perawatan purna jual sepeda motor menjadi sesuatu yang menggiurkan untuk disalah gunakan. Hal inilah yang tampaknya banyak disalahgunakan oleh oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab untuk memanfaatkan celah tersebut dalam bertindak secara tidak patut, dengan menjual Oli sepeda motor yang tidak layak edar untuk meraup keuntungan pribadi. hal ini dibuktikan saat Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Kalbar melakukan penggerebekan gudang penyimpanan oli pelumas yang diduga palsu di Kota Pontianak. Lokasi gudang yang digerebek pada 14 Agustus 2017 siang terletak di Jalan Suwignyo. Penggerebekan tersebut berawal dari adanya informasi terkait dengan peredaran barang-barang asli tapi palsu di gudang milik R Berdasarkan hasil pengecekan di gudang tersebut, Polisi menemukan berbagai oli yang diduga palsu. Barang bukti yang ditemukan ada 49 kotak oli merek MPX 1, 58 kotak oli merek Yamalube Silver, 38 kotak oli merek Yamalube Matic, 24 kotak oli merek Ultra Tex, 104 kotak oli Castrol 2T, 120 kotak oli merek Grand, 36 kotak oli merek Yamalube Sport, 138 kotak oli merek Enduro, 132 kotak oli merek MPX 2 dan 22 kotak oli merek Enduro 0,8 ml. Praktik penjualan suku oli palsu yang dilakukan oleh tersangka R tersebut, sudah berjalan satu tahun yang beredar di Kota Pontianak dan sekitarnya. Masalah yang akan dibahas pada penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : Bagaimana penerapan sanksi dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen? Bagaimana pengawasan terhadap peredaran oli sepeda motor palsu dalam rangka perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen di Kota Pontianak berdasarkan Undang Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen ? dan Bagaimana Upaya perlindungan Hukum terhadap Konsumen dari adanya peredaran oli sepeda motor palsu menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen di Kota Pontianak? Pada dasarnya pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh pihak pemerintah terkait peredaran barang dan/atau jasa dalam hal ini mengenai peredaran Oli sepeda motor di Kota Pontianak, dilakukan oleh Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan koperasi dan UKM Kota Pontianak. Upaya perlindungan konsumen melalui pemberdayaan setiap unsur yang ada yaitu masyarakat dan LPKSM disamping pemerintah sendiri melalui menteri dan/atau menteri teknis terkait.  Kata kunci : Pengawasan, Oli Sepeda Motor dan Perlindungan KonsumenABSTRACT The existence of motorcycle oil as a vital need in after-sales care of motorcycles into something tempting to be misused.
