<![CDATA[ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas tentang Koordinasi Tni Dan Polri Dalam Penanganan Konflik Sosial (Studi Di Kalimantan Barat). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan tesis ini ialah menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dan sosiologis. Dari hasil penelitian tesis ini diperoleh kesimpulan Bahwa Bentuk Koordinasi TNI Dan POLRI Dalam Penanganan Konflik Sosial ialah dalam bentuk MoU, MoU tentang tugas pembantuan kerjasama antara TNI-Polri secara sadar dibuat mengingat belum ada peraturan pelaksanaan tentang pembantuan TNI ke Polri, oleh karena itu TNI menyepakati bersama antara TNI dan Pori. Kerjasama antara TNI dan Polri sudah lama terjadi akan tetapi belum diatur dalam spesifik. Oleh karena itu kini peraturan tersebut tertuang dalam MoU. terhadap undang-undang tersebut belum ada peraturan pelaksana, agar ketentuan Undang-undang tersebut efektif dalam tugas pembantuan TNI-Polri maka TNI-Polri membuat kesepakatan dimana aturan pelaksananya tertuang dalam Nota kesepahaman antara TNI dan Polri dalam menangani Konflik sosial. Dimana pertimbangan dalam membuat MoU tersebut adalah untuk mewujudkan sinergitas TNI-Polri dalam rangka memelihara keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat sehingga dengan adanya MoU tersebut sebagai pedoman untuk melaksanakan kerjasama memelihara keamanan dan ketertiban masayarakat.Kata Kunci : Koordinasi, Konflik Sosial. Polri, TNI AbstractThis thesis discusses the Coordination of Tni and Polri in Handling Social Conflict (Studies in West Kalimantan). The research method used in writing this thesis is to use normative and sociological legal research methods. From the results of this thesis research, it was concluded that the form of coordination between the TNI and POLRI in handling social conflict was in the form of a MoU, a MoU on the task of assisting cooperation between the TNI and Polri was consciously made considering there was no implementation regulation on TNI assistance to the police, therefore the TNI agreed together between TNI and Pori. Collaboration between the TNI and Polri has long been occurring but has not been regulated specifically. Therefore, now the regulation is stated in the MoU. to the law there is no implementing regulation, so that the provisions of the Act are effective in the task of assisting the TNI-Polri, the TNI-Polri makes an agreement whereby the implementing regulations are contained in a Memorandum of Understanding between the TNI and Polri in dealing with social conflicts.
