<![CDATA[Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasi bentuk pelanggaran terhadap prinsip kerja sama yang digunakan oleh para pengisi acara dalam acara Tatap Mata Trans 7. Data dalam penelitian berupa tuturan-tuturan yang melanggar prinsip kerja sama diambil dari empat tanyangan acara Tatap Mata di trans 7, yaitu selama bulan April 2014. Data dianalisis berdasarkan teori prinsip kerja sama Grice (1975). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelanggaran yang dilakukan terhadap prinsip kerja sama sebagai wahana penciptaan humor dalam acara Tatap Mata Trans 7 berupa pemberian informasi berlebih-lebih, informasi yang salah, informasi yang tidak relevan dengan masalah pembicaraan, kesalahan dalam menafsirkan maksud mitra tutur, dan informasi yang mengandung makna implisit.Abstract: This research study discusses the violation of cooperative and politeness principles in tatap mata show trans 7 as a mean of creating verbal humor. The aims of the research are; (1) to describe the types of the the violation of cooperative principles in tatap mata show trans 7 as a mean of creating verbal humor. The results of the research study were: firstly, there were violations of cooperative principles; (1) the violations of maxim of quantity are in the form of excessive information, (2) the violations maxim of quality are in the form of wrong information, (3) the violation of maxim of relation is in the form of irrelevant information with the topic being discussed, and (4) the violations maxim of manner are in the form of misinformation communication in understanding partners’ talks, implicit information. ]]>
