Abstract

Subjectivity of determining the disposition of defective products and administrative latency of Non- Conformance Paper-based NCR (National Receipt Report ) hinders ISO 9001:2015 quality management compliance in the manufacturing industry. This research aims to develop a mobile- based NCR information system integrated with an algorithm. Fuzzy Logic as a product disposition decision support system ( repair , rework , scrap ) at PT Ohgishi Indonesia. This software was built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology with an MVC architecture , frontend Flutter / Dart , Java Spring Boot backend , as well as Firebase Realtime Database . The novelty of this research lies in the automation of the evaluation of 3 quality parameters ( Severity , Cost , Availability ) through 27 expert rule bases. IF-THEN in real- time . Black-box testing included scenarios of role-based login functionality, NCR generation, and PDF report export. The test results showed that the system architecture was capable of executing all functions and fuzzy computations without any functional errors. In conclusion, this system successfully mitigated the subjectivity of quality decisions and speed up the bureaucracy of end-to-end reporting .
