Abstract

The permitted dispensation of a child marriage has to have a deep and serious consideration. A child marriage due to the dispensation from the court still mostly happens in Indonesia. The age of marriage written in the law has been considered irrelevant. Due to that issue, Indonesia’s Woman’s Scholars Congress (KUPI) has successfully published the instructions of three big issues; sexual abuse, early-age marriage, and natural damage. This research took the focus on how the view and the role of Indonesia’s Woman Scholar is toward the phenomenon of a child marriage. This research was a qualitative-descriptive research that captured the view of the personage of Indonesia’s Woman Scholars. The premier data were taken from the result of interviews from three personages of KUPI, they were Dr. Nur Rofi’ah, Nyai Hj. Umdatul Choirat and KH. Husein Muhammad. The result of this research showed that Woman Scholars have come with the view that a kid born from a weak mother has the potential to give birth to a weak baby too. As the result, child marriage is far from gaining the real purpose of marriage. Therefore, it can be strongly inferred that minimizing child marriage is compulsary.

Abstract

The existence of Lesbians, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) has actually existed for a long time. But many communities can not accept their existence. Peoples known as Iesbian, gay or biseksual may be tolerated in the society, but normally their own families do not want to accept them. Seeing the growing strength of LGBT organization, some Islamic based parties such as PKS will initiate bill to reject LGBT. So that Indonesia can anticipate the development of LGBT behavior. This descriptive research aims to find out the elite views of Islamic party in the Malang city about the existence of LGBT organization.  And the response of the elite Islamic party in the viewing the reality of families who have LGBT members. This research is located in Malang city.  The result of this research indicates that elite Islamic party worried about the existence of LGBT organizations. They see that the exixtence of LGBT organization is contrary to many norms; religius norms, law norms, customary norms, and cultural norms as easten societies.  They perceive that the more existence of LGBT will undermine the the social structure. While the response of elite Islamic party to members of LGBT who refused by their families is improve and direct the LGBt members to return to the normal life. According to them government must act decisively on the issue of LGBT.LGBT members should be directed to improving conditions, they must given the right to treatment, especially psychological treatment.Keyword: elite, partai Islam, organisasi LGBT.

Abstract

A wife as a career woman has both positive and negative impacts on their household life. Therefore, forming a sakinah family for career women certainly has many challenges and obstacles. So far, the stigma that is often attached to society that women must look beautiful, look beautiful, look gentle and be at home with enough to take care of the household can be considered as psychological violence. Thus, career women's efforts to build family harmony so that they become a sakinah family, the strategy is to maintain commitments obtained from agreements between husband and wife and good communication between husband, wife and children. It is this commitment and communication that is important for career women, because women who work in the domestic sector and in the public sector have limited time and energy to carry out the two roles they have. Therefore, career women need support from the closest people around them so that life continues to run harmoniously.

Abstract

ABSTRAKFenomena perkawinan anak masih seringkali terjadi di tengah-tengah masyarakat, bahkan dalam banyak kasus masih ditemukan KUA tetap melangsungkan perkawinan di bawah umur meskipun pasangan tersebut belum memiliki surat keputusan dispensasi dari pengadilan. Banyaknya faktor yang mendorong terjadinya perkawinan anak mendapat perhatian yang serius di kalangan ulama perempuan Indonesia, sebab mereka melihat kondisi anak perempuan sangat memprihatinkan. Pengadilan agama memiliki kecenderungan tinggi untuk mengabulkan permohonan dispensasi perkawinan, padahal dalam pelaksanaannya perkawinan anak berpotensi meningkatkan kasus perceraian. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pandangan ulama perempuan tentang kondisi anak perempuan dan dampak perkawinan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dari tokoh Kongres Ulama Perempuan Indonesia (KUPI) melalui wawancara langsung. Kondisi anak perempuan dan dampak perkawinan anak menurut ulama’ perempuan indonesia sangat berbahaya bagi masa depan anak, Bangsa dan Negara. Berbahaya bagi masa depan anak terkait kesehatan reproduksi, psikologis, ekonomi dan pendidikan, sedangkan berbahaya bagi Bangsa dan Negara terkait pembangunan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang rapuh dan kualitas generasi bangsa di masa depan terancam.Kata Kunci : Dampak Perkawinan Anak,  Anak Perempuan, Ulama Perempuan Indonesia

Abstract

Background. Arabic language learning faces challenges in engaging students due to the traditional methods employed. With the advent of digital transformation, there is potential to enhance this learning experience. This study explores the integration of digital tools, specifically the Canva application, into Arabic language education to increase student interest and engagement. Purpose. The primary aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of using the Canva application as a digital tool to enhance students' interest in learning Arabic. Method. This study employs a qualitative research methodology. Data was gathered through descriptive analysis, focusing on the experiences and outcomes of using Canva in Arabic language learning. The research involved direct observations and interviews with Arabic language teachers and students to gather relevant insights. Results. The findings indicate that the use of Canva significantly enhances the learning experience. Students showed increased interest and engagement in Arabic lessons when digital media, like Canva, was used. Teachers reported that Canva's interactive and visually appealing templates made lessons more enjoyable and easier to understand for students. The application facilitated better retention of vocabulary and concepts through creative visual aids. Conclusion. Integrating digital tools like Canva into Arabic language learning can substantially improve student engagement and interest. The positive response from both students and educators suggests that such tools are effective in modernizing traditional learning methods. This study underscores the importance of digital transformation in educational practices and encourages the adoption of innovative teaching aids to enhance learning outcomes.

Abstract

Background. Santri are the main object in the learning process of the yellow book. The success of the yellow book education cannot be separated from the aspect of the ability of the students to read and understand the book. One of the yellow books that are widely studied in all pesantren is the book of Fathul Qarib. Purpuse. This study seeks to trace developments in learning to read and understand the yellow book with a mathematical model approach. Mathematical models are a branch of mathematics that attempts to photograph and translate a phonomene in life into a representation of mathematical equations that describe this phenomenon. Method. This research is a combination of fieldwork and literature study. This research was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Al Munawwir Krapyak Komplek Q in Krapyak Hamlet, Panggung Harjo Village, Sewon District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. The object of this research is the students of Al Munawwir Krapyak Islamic Boarding School Komplek Q Awwal Class, Tsani and Tsalis who are studying the book of Fathul Qarib. Results. This research results that the mathematical model of the development of the students' ability to read the Fathul Qarib book at the Al-Munawwir Q Krapyak Islamic Boarding School, Yogyakarta is: K (t) = 55e^((0.1447) t) and based on parameter estimates from year 0 of 55, Year 1 is 63.563, year 2 is 73.459, and year 3 is 84.897. Conclusion. This means that the development of the students' ability in reading the book Fathul Qarib will continue to increase until the students can really master and understand the book.
