Abstract

In the digital era, information technology plays a crucial role in facilitating business transactions, includingin the used car sales sector. This research reviews the development of a web-based used car sales management systembuilt using the CodeIgniter 4 framework and the waterfall method. The system simplifies the process for users tosearch for and purchase used cars online by providing transparent and accurate information regarding vehiclecondition and pricing. This project was conducted as part of an internship program at PT Evotek Indonesia and aimsto enhance the operational efficiency of sellers and simplify stock management, transaction records, and customerdata handling. The research results indicate that this system meets user needs and supports consumer trust inconducting online used car transactions.
