General Background: Industrial automation relies heavily on reliable control systems to optimize modern manufacturing workflows. Specific Background: Vertical automation machines require integrated industrial control panels to manage precision weighing, filling, and sealing processes. Knowledge Gap: Detailed documentation regarding practical assembly techniques for conventional industrial control panels utilizing relays, temperature controllers, and weigher systems remains rarely systematized. Aims: This study aims to describe the industrial control panel assembly techniques for vertical automation machines at PT Winapack Indonesia to improve production efficiency. Results: Applying a qualitative approach through direct observation revealed that the control panels were fully operational within four to six hours, demonstrating reliable performance and efficient process control. Novelty: This research provides an empirical assembly framework combining component selection and structured wiring for vertical packaging weigher and filling systems. Implications: Implementing these assembly techniques enhances machine reliability and productivity, serving as a practical reference for technicians supporting sustainable industrial automation. Key Findings Highlights Industrial control panels can be fully assembled and operational within a four-to-six-hour timeframe per unit. Integrating weigher controllers, VFDs, and temperature controllers ensures precise multi-channel weighing and consistent sealing quality. Structured component wiring minimizes electrical failures and supports flexible adaptation across various production units.
