Abstract

General Background Industrial automation systems heavily rely on Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) frameworks to ensure efficient and continuous manufacturing operations. Specific Background Real-time monitoring of pressure parameters and electrical power metrics across outdoor air conditioning units and industrial equipment requires precise instrumentation data transmission. Knowledge Gap Existing monitoring configurations often lack comprehensive real-time wireless integration linking distributed field sensors with centralized HMI and database archiving systems. Aims This study examines the implementation and synchronization of pressure sensors and power meters within a SCADA-based monitoring framework using Modbus protocols and industrial wireless communication. Results Field testing demonstrates that integrating pressure sensors, power meters, Moxa remote I/O modules, and wireless clients enables accurate, stable real-time data acquisition and structured logging without communication delays. Novelty A robust wireless SCADA telemetry framework optimized for concurrent pressure and electrical power supervision in industrial environments. Implications Implementing wireless SCADA monitoring architectures significantly enhances operational efficiency, reduces installation complexity, and supports preventive maintenance strategies in modern industrial facilities. Key Findings Highlights Real-time telemetry protocols successfully transmit pressure and power meter metrics to centralized SCADA interfaces. Industrial wireless clients eliminate complex cabling constraints while maintaining high data transmission reliability. Structured data logging mechanisms streamline energy auditing and operational performance evaluations.
