Abstract

Variabel input mencakup jenis nyeri dada, tekanan darah, kolesterol (LDL), diabetes, data ECG, detak jantung maksimum, latihan, old peak, thalium scan, jenis kelamin, umur, merokok, dada kiri ditekan terasa sakit, sesak nafas, dan batuk berdahak. Abstract The aim of this study is to design a Fuzzy ExpertSystem for heart disease diagnosis. The designed system basedon RSUD Dr Saiful Anwar by asked questions of the expert doctor . The system has 15 input fields and oneoutput field. Input fields are chest pain type, blood pressure, cholesterol, resting blood sugar, maximum heart rate, restingelectrocardiography (ECG), exercise, old peak (ST depressioninduced by exercise relative to rest), thallium scan, sex, age, blown, and cough with pleghem. The output field refers to the presence of heart disease in thepatient. It is integer valued from 0 (no presence) to 4(distinguish presence (values 1, 2, 3, 4)). This system usesMamdani inference method. The results obtained fromdesigned system are compared with cheking of the expert docter and observed results of designed system are correctin 70%. The system designed in Java software. The systemcan be viewed as an alternative for existing methods todistinguish of heart disease presence. Keyword : Heart Disease, Fuzzy expert System, Fuzzy Mamdani.

Abstract

The new normal era requires all activities to be online, so that people use more public services. However, at the same time the level of complaints has increased, from the many complaints that have been received, it must be known, which one is the correct complaint according to the location of the incident or is it just an act of ignorant hands. So that a special strategy is needed, by utilizing technology to determine the location of the incident accu-rately. One of the implementations of complaint handling by the whistleblower is that the reporter uses a smartphone. This is the reason the researchers raised the application of geotagging techniques to find out complete location information and geofencing methods to determine whether a location is included in the scope of an area. Several experiments have been carried out to test the accuracy of the techniques that will be applied to this e-complaint system. With an accuracy of 96%, this geofencing technique is good enough to be applied. In addition, the geotagging technique using EXIF from a digital image is considered the most suitable to be applied in this system than other geotagging techniques.
