Abstract

Abstract Government and private sector in Indonesia develop tourism in order to increase number of tourists come to Indonesia. Development of tourism needs infrastructure toward, inside, and out of tourism area. The aim of this study is to evaluate the development of city tour bus in increasing the tourism area attractiveness. Case studies are city tour bus Werkudara in Surakarta and city tour bus Bandros in Bandung. More than 300 tourists as respondents involved in this study. An Analysis was performed to determine important factors of service quality, performance of the city tour bus, and Customer Satisfaction Index. The results indicated that the important factors of service quality are driver performance, bus velocity, and tour guide performance. Furthermore, city tour bus performance that has to be increased is tour guide performance and safety equipment in the bus for Werkudara, with Customer Satisfaction Index of 69.30%, and easiness to have operational bus schedule for Bandros, with Customer Satisfaction Index of 66.17%. Keywords: tourism, city tour bus, service quality, Customer Satisfaction Index  Abstrak Pengembangan pariwisata di Indonesia yang dilakukan pemerintah dan swasta untuk meningkatkan jumlah kedatangan wisatawan memerlukan sarana dan prasarana transportasi menuju, di dalam, dan dari kawasan wisata. Tujuan studi ini adalah mengkaji pengembangan bus wisata kota dalam mendukung peningkatan daya tarik kawasan wisata. Studi kasus dilakukan terhadap bus wisata kota Werkudara di Surakarta dan bus wisata kota Bandros di Bandung. Lebih dari 300 wisatawan sebagai responden terlibat dalam studi ini. Analisis dilakukan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor penting kualitas pelayanan, kinerja bus wisata kota, dan Customer Satisfaction Index. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor penting kualitas pelayanan menurut responden adalah kinerja pengemudi bus, kecepatan bus, dan kemampuan presentasi pemandu wisata. Selanjutnya, kinerja bus wisata yang harus ditingkatkan adalah kemampuan presentasi pemandu wisata dan peralatan keselamatan di dalam bus untuk bus wisata Werkudara, dengan Customer Satisfaction Index sebesar 69,30% dan kemudahan memperoleh informasi jadwal operasional bus untuk bus wisata Bandros, dengan Customer Satisfaction Index bernilai 66,17%. Kata-kata kunci: pariwisata, bus wisata kota, kualitas pelayanan, Customer Satisfaction Index

Abstract

The concept of economic corridor was introduced to be a breakthrough in the acceleration of economy development of the designated areas. The success of an economic corridor to grow further is determined by the performance of infrastructure, corridor services, and management of the corridor. The study aims at explaining the concept and process development of assessment tools to identify the service readiness and performances of Infrastructure to support development progress of corridors. A desk study has been conducted to identify parameters of measurements using public, government, and user views that might apply to Indonesian Economic Corridor. All parameters and indicators were selected on the basis of supply performances, quality of services, efficiency, utilization, and sustainability of the infrastructure. The study results in 9 outcomes and 31 infrastructure services indicators to be used in measuring corridor performance in relation infrastructure operations of the corridor. This only one side of the corridor performance assessment process but would be one of two important steps to able to assess the performance of Indonesian Economic Corridor grow beyond.

Abstract

Developments in urban planning and infrastructure development are still ongoing and being improved, which makes it challenging to handle transportation problems optimally. The transportation problem currently being faced is traffic jams. This study proposes implementing an Area Traffic Control System (ATCS) to overcome transportation problems at signalized intersections in Kubu Raya Regency. ATCS was implemented at Simpang 4 Major Alianyang-Adi Sucipto and Simpang 4 Major Alianyang-Raya Kapur Village. The method used to analyze intersection performance is MKJI 1997. The survey was carried out at peak hours on Wednesday and Saturday. Based on the results of the analysis using PTV VISSIM Software after implementing ATCS at the Major Alianyang-Adi Sucipto Intersection 4, it had a delay of 11,80 seconds with LOS B, and the Major Alianyang-Raya Intersection, Kapur Village, had a delay of 127,35 seconds with LOS F. ABSTRAK Perkembangan dalam pembangunan tata kota maupun infrastruktur masih terus berlangsung dan ditingkatkan, hal ini menyebabkan penanganan permasalahan transportasi sulit berjalan optimal. Permasalahan transportasi yang sedang dihadapi adalah kemacetan lalu lintas. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah memberikan konsep penerapan Area Traffic Control System (ATCS) untuk mengatasi permasalahan transportasi pada simpang bersinyal di Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Konsep penerapan ATCS dilakukan pada Simpang 4 Major Alianyang–Adi Sucipto dan Simpang 4 Major Alianyang–Raya Desa Kapur. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kinerja simpang adalah MKJI 1997. Survei dilakukan pada jam puncak hari Rabu dan Sabtu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan Software PTV VISSIM setelah penerapan ATCS pada Simpang 4 Major Alianyang–Adi Sucipto memiliki tundaan 11,80 detik dengan LOS B dan Simpang 4 Major Alianyang–Raya Desa Kapur memiliki tundaan 127,35 detik dengan LOS F.

Abstract

Blackspot is a prone location with a high number of accidents. There are a number of definitions of blackspot, i.e. based on country, location, and the severity of road traffic accidents (accidents). One definition of blackspot in Indonesia is a location of 300 up to 500 meters long with a high number of accidents. Usually, blackspot is only analyzed based on the number of accidents and the severity of accidents. In this study, blackspot is analyzed based on 3 criteria i.e. (1) differences in road conditions, (2) the number of accident fatality, and (3) risk analysis in a specific time period. The differences in road conditions in terms of geometric conditions, road pavement surface conditions, and road furniture conditions. The number of accident fatality data can be taken from the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia or from the Central Bureau of Statistics in Indonesia. Risk analysis is an analysis to determine the risk value, risk category, and action recommendation in order to reduce the number of accidents and the fatality of the accident. Furthermore, comparison is carried out between determination of blackspot location based on the number and the severity of accident and those based on the three criteria. The results based on the three criteria show that determination of blackspot location is more accurate. The results of the study produce a more accurate and detailed blackspot analysis and can be used in all locations in Indonesia using complete, accurate, and up-to-date accident data, so that the results are valid and useful for explaining actual real conditions.

Abstract

The importance of Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) equipment in road preservation activities requires an efficient monitoring and evaluation process from equipment operation worthiness certification. Digitization is needed for automatic AMP management in order to produce a simple, fast, accurate, and transparent reporting system. Manually collecting AMP information data could hinder road preservation performance directly, particularly for the monitoring process from central ministry offices to regional offices, especially in the work scope of the Directorate of Road and Bridge Preservation Region II C. Utilization of Google features in an effort to optimize AMP data updates could actualize the main goal of digitizing information. Information technology such as Google Data Studio, integrated with other features, provides effectiveness in data management which is empowered as a means of monitoring AMP units in supporting the performance of the Directorate of Road and Bridge Preservation Region II C, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. ABSTRAK Pentingnya peralatan unit Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) dalam kegiatan preservasi jalan menuntut adanya efisiensi proses monitoring dan evaluasi dari sertifikasi laik operasi alat. Dalam aktifitas pemantauan, digitalisasi diperlukan untuk pengelolaan AMP secara otomatis guna menghasilkan sistem pelaporan yang mudah, cepat, akurat, dan transparan. Pengumpulan data informasi AMP yang dilakukan secara manual tentu dapat menghambat kinerja preservasi jalan secara langsung terutama untuk proses pemantauan dari kantor kementerian pusat ke balai di daerah terutama pada lingkup kerja Direktorat Preservasi Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah II C. Pendayagunaan fitur Google dalam upaya optimalisasi pembaharuan data AMP dapat mewujudkan tujuan utama digitalisasi informasi. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi seperti Google Data Studio yang dapat diintegrasikan dengan fitur lainnya, memberikan efektifitas dalam mengelola data yang diberdayakan sebagai sarana pemantauan unit AMP, dari mulai lokasi hingga kelaikan operasi alat dalam mendukung kinerja Direktorat Preservasi Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah II C, Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat.
