Abstract

Ticket reservation and visit recording at Rendu Traditional Village, Tutubhada Village, Aesesa Selatan District, Nagekeo Regency, are still done manually using a guest book and a recap book. This causes queues of 20–30 people on holidays with transaction times of 15–30 minutes per visitor, a risk of recording errors, time-consuming report preparation, and no centralized database for monitoring visits. This study aims to build a web-based tourism ticket reservation information system that helps tourists obtain information and book tickets online, and helps administrators manage tourism, visitor, payment, and report data. Data were collected through observation, interviews with the manager, and documentation, then analyzed qualitatively to obtain system requirements. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, covering requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and implementation and maintenance. The design used flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and the system was implemented with PHP and a MySQL database. The result is an integrated system with a flow of reservation, payment, validation, ticket issuance, and reporting, which has three access rights: Admin, Visitor, and Village Head. Visitors can register, book tickets, upload proof of payment, and verify ticket codes. Admins can manage tourism and visitor data, validate payments, automatically issue ticket codes, and generate reports. The Village Head can monitor visit and revenue reports.
