Abstract

This study aims to identify the type of employee trust in superiors and determine the tendency of the type of employee trust in superiors. The type of this research is qualitative research that used primary data, where the researcher conducts indirect interviews in the form of open questions to 18 respondents who are employees of the Cirebon City Regional Secretariat. The data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the dimensions of integrity, competence, consistency, and openness were mostly knowledge-based trust. Meanwhile, the loyalty dimension is at the level of identification-based trust. While the type of employee trust in superiors tends to have confidence in the level of knowledge and level of identification.

Abstract

Wages in old age are very important because life in the old age must have welfare, especially when health is no longer able to support to work properly. Pension funds are something that is highly expected by retirees because work productivity has decreased. Welfare obtained from pension funds is a form of agreement at the outset that must be in accordance with the rights and obligations of workers. From various previous studies, it was found that there is a discrepancy in the practice of pension fund agreements that workers should receive. This study aims to find out and help retirees to convey if there is a discrepancy with the rights they should get from DAPENMA, and help retiree participants to simplify problems regarding updating data that experience several obstacles. This study used a qualitative method by collecting primary data obtained by interviews and questionnaires to DAPENMA PAMSI pension participants. The sample obtained in this study was 31 data on retired participants. The implementation of the pension funds received by participants is in accordance with what was promised by the DAPENMA PAMSI Institution and is in accordance with the government regulation of the Republic of Indonesia no. 76 of 1992 concerning the Employer Pension Fund CHAPTER IV concerning the Rights of participants. And updating data that is felt to have problems by participants is also caused by both parties

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify methods for developing human resources, efficiency and effectiveness, as well as the benefits obtained by employees and companies after training is held during the Covid-19 pandemic and the New Normal. This type of research is qualitative research using primary data, the researcher conducted a short interview with the head of HRD Matahari Department Store Magelang and distributed questionnaires to 20 respondents who were employees of Matahari Department Store Magelang. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model analysis technique. The results in this research show the methods of developing human resources on-the-job training and off-the-job training, the efficiency and effectiveness of training, and the benefits of training for employees and companies
