Abstract

This study attempts to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and workplace employees pd on performance.Bpr regional banks Pati.Population this research is employees who worked in PD .BPR Regional Banks Pati .Sample in this research as many as 71 people .Technique the sample collection use purposive sampling .As for criteria sample in this research was employees who worked more than three years and experienced various leadership .Instrument the analysis used is the validity , reliability and linear regression multiple.The results of the analysis it can be concluded that leadership: have had a positive impact on the performance of employees .Motivation have had a positive impact on the performance of employees .Working environment have had a positive impact on the performance of employees .
