Abstract

Investigating the connection between earning per share, dan price-to-earnings ratio, dan price-to-book value is the goal of this study. All general insurance businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2023 make up the study's population. Multiple linear regression approaches are used as a quantitative tool in this investigation. Purposive sampling is used in the research sample. Multiple linear regression, classical assumptions, descriptive and verificative analysis, and hypothesis testing are some of the statistical techniques used in this study. This study shows that a variety of factors affect the stock values of general insurance businesses. Earning per share, dan price-to-earnings ratio, dan price-to-book value are the variables. When taken as a whole, these three factors have a consistent impact on stock prices

Abstract

Scheduling is a crucial part of every project since it influences so many aspects. In spite of the fact that the project isn't wrapping up when it was supposed to, the corporation is sticking to the provided timetable and running into trouble as a result. In this case, the CPM and PERT methodologies will be used to calculate and schedule the project's crucial trajectory in order to foresee any delays in the project's completion. The findings of the analysis show that the activities A through L make up the critical route for one tank's worth of labor, and that the CPM and PERT approaches provide different conclusions. Which, via the use of the CPM approach, cut down the typical project duration of 24 days to 20 days of actual labor time. Meanwhile, the PERT technique shows that a two-hour reduction in the typical project duration—from 24 days to 23 days and six working hours—is possible in 70% of cases.

Abstract

Until now, pawnshop institutions have not played an optimal role in reducing the practices of loan sharks, debt bondage, and illegal banking. It is based on the fact that these practices are currently still occurring and are even becoming more common. It has an impact on reducing people's welfare in real terms. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out public education activities to access financial institutions, including pawnshops. The effort is carried out by socializing the use of Pegadaian Digital Service, a form of innovation PT. Pegadaian (Persero) produce. Socialization methods use formal socialization and direct socialization. The results of this community service activity provided various benefits felt by the Jayamulya Village Government, Cibuaya District, Karawang Regency, PT. Pegadaian (Persero), and the local community.

Abstract

The educational activity on the importance of preserving mangrove areas along the coastline for students at Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang was motivated by the lack of attention and concern from stakeholders in Karawang Regency regarding coastal rehabilitation and mangrove conservation efforts. Based on this, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang, as a stakeholder in Karawang Regency, sought to support these efforts through community service activities. The community service employed an observational socialization method, consisting of a preparation stage and an implementation stage that included a briefing, a presentation by the manager of Pokdarwis Sukamulya, field observation, and mangrove planting. The activity targeted students at Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. The community service activity was held on Sunday, June 8, 2025. The results of this activity provided students with knowledge concerning the functions and benefits of mangrove ecosystems, as well as experience in planting mangroves. This activity is expected to, among other things, encourage student participation and play an active role in mangrove conservation along the coastline.
