Purpose: The community empowerment program sought to integrate digitalisation across production, marketing, and accounting processes at HidroponikGEH, a hydroponic farming enterprise located in Lampung, Indonesia. Research Methodology: The program introduced IoT-based hydroponic nutrient monitoring, a marketing website, and SIAPIK for financial recording. Evaluation included pre- and post-tests with 12 participants and lettuce weight measurements from 10 plant samples across production cycles before and after implementation. Results: Average lettuce weight increased from 180 g per plant in the pre-implementation cycle to 210.6 g per plant in the post-implementation cycle, an increase of 30.6 g (17%). This finding should be interpreted within the limited scope of 10 sampled plants and two production cycles. The overall participant assessment index rose from 17.92% before implementation to 73.75% after, a gain of 55.83 percentage points. Assessment indices for IoT, SIAPIK, and the marketing website also improved across the three evaluated components. Conclusions: The program established an integrated digitalisation approach encompassing production monitoring, digital marketing, and financial transaction recording. Observed changes in lettuce weight and participant assessment scores suggest positive developments following implementation. However, the limited production sample and lack of statistical testing limit conclusions about the generalizability and statistical significance of these outcomes. Limitations: Participants’ capabilities remained heterogeneous, and several members still required further assistance. Contributions: The program provides an integrated digitalisation model to support technology adoption of hydroponic farming enterprises.
