So, this study aimed to find out how PNS motivation and contracts from the Communication and Information Office were reviewed through Two Motivation Factors by Hezberg. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The conclusion of this study is that between civil servants and contracts have different work motivation. Motivational factors are factors that motivate employees. It's just that there is still a lack of attention to achievements and awards that distinguish two employment statuses with limited basic tasks and functions provided so that employees, especially contract employees, do not have the space to better show their advantage.
