<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The government's obligation in realizing supervision on the circulation of counterfeit and illegal drugs is to form an institution that oversees the circulation of drugs and food namely the Food and Drug Administration or BPOM. There are several findings of problems regarding the monitoring of BBPOM to the drug distribution facilities and health service facilities. Firstly, the unclear time of BBPOM monitoring. Secondly, the supervision by BBPOM is not yet optimal in the health service facilities of drug store, minimarket or supermarket. Third, cross sectoral cooperation is not yet optimal. This research aims to find out how the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration of Bali Province to the drug distribution facilities and health service facilities in Denpasar City and the constraints faced. The theory used in this research is the management theory of supervisory function by Joko Widodo. The method of research used is qualitative with qualitative descriptive technique. The result of this research is that supervision of the Food and Drug Administration of Bali Province is not optimal, because lack of human resources of supervisor in terms of quantity, lack of facilities, difference of perception with cross sectoral. As for the advice given is the acceptance of contract workers or internships and apply the organization to be appropriate function and right size, coordination should be integrated and sustainable to cross-sector, review the current budget needs planning for next year's budget.
