Abstract

ABSTARCT TVRI Bali as the only state-owned TV station in Bali has gone through various changes such as recruitment, planning, management and supervision of civil servants and the development of personnel management from TVRI that has not been maximized when the status of PT. Therefore, the purpose of this study to see whether the development of management from PT to LPP affect the quality improvement performance of civil servants in TVRI, whether the development of personnel management in TVRI has been running according to its function and whether management development in TVRI can improve the performance of employees.
