Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Organizational Support, Work Life Balance, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Bolon Jaya Karya. The background is based on performance appraisal data for 2024–2025, which show an increase in the Excellent category from 16.95% to 23.73% and the Good category from 40.68% to 45.76%; however, 30.51% of employees remained in the Fair and Poor categories. The phenomenon is examined through Organizational Behavior Theory, Social Exchange Theory, Role Balance Theory, and Reinforcement Theory. The research employs a quantitative associative approach. The population consists of 59 employees, with a purposive sample of 40 respondents. Primary data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression in SPSS after the instrument was confirmed valid and reliable. The t-test shows that Organizational Support is not significant (t = 1.790 < t-table 2.028; sig. = 0.082), while Work Life Balance (t = 3.319; sig. = 0.002) and Work Discipline (t = 3.673; sig. = 0.001) have positive and significant effects. Simultaneously, the three variables are significant (F = 27.471; sig. < 0.001), with an Adjusted R Square of 0.671. The equation Y = 10.063 + 0.238X1 + 0.466X2 + 0.478X3 indicates that Work Discipline is the strongest predictor. Therefore, performance improvement in material hauling and heavy-equipment operations is driven mainly by strengthening Work Life Balance and Work Discipline, while Organizational Support should be maintained as the foundation of the work climate.
