Abstract

The problem that arises in Ken Saras Hospital is a decrease in employee performance which can be seen from the decline in the employee performance index and supported by the results of a survey which states that patients are less satisfied with the services of employees. Variables suspected of influencing employee performance are person-organization fit, workload and transformational leadership. This study aims to analyze the influence of person-organization fit, workload and transformational leadership on the performance of nurses at Ken Saras Hospital.The population and sample used in this study were nurses at Ken Saras Hospital. The sampling technique used is the census. Data collection methods in this study use questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the study, person-organization fit, and transformational leadership have a positive effect on the performance of nurses at Ken Saras Hospital, while the workload has a negative effect on the performance of nurses at Ken Saras Hospital. Employee performance can be explained by the independent variable, person-organization fit, workload and transformational leadership, amounting to 82.2%.

Abstract

Abstrak Alat bantu pengelasan pipa atau benda silindris (Cylinder Welding Rotator) masih belum ada di Laboratorium Pengelasan Teknik Mesin Unesa. Tujuan tugas akhir ini untuk menciptakan Cylinder Welding Rotator dengan kapasitas diameter 6 inchi dan dilengkapi penyangga roll. Rancang Bangun ini menggunakan metode rekayasa yang meliputi ide perancangan, studi literatur, membuat desain, inventaris komponen, pembuatan alat, uji coba alat, analisa kinerja alat, dan kesimpulan. Hasil akhir dari rancang bangun ini adalah terciptanya Cylinder Welding Rotator dengan dimensi panjang 110 cm, lebar 46 cm dan tinggi 95 cm. Bahan yang dipilih adalah besi kanal C tipe ST 37, penyangga alat menggunakan besi hollow galvalum, motor listrik 1/3 pk dengan kecepatan 720 rpm, gearbox perbandingan 1:60, ukuran pulley pada benda kerja berdiameter 300 mm dan pulley motor berdiamter 50 mm, tekanan pada tiap titik las 12,573 psi, dan kapasitas diameter benda kerja 6 inch. Alat ini dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektivitas proses pengelasan benda berbentuk silindris. Kata kunci: Cylinder Welding Rotator, Pengelasan Pipa, Efektif dan Efisien

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with rapid technological developments in all sectors including education. This can be proved by the government's success in applying computer-based test in 2014 junior high school. Many conveniences obtained when the exam using computer such as the assessment automatically, get feedback quickly and the question can be stored in the bank question. In this research, computer-based test system will be developed based on the convenience as above and will be added some other features to suit of the school using waterfall development model. Additional features include classroom major, question grouping in the question bank, user management and ease of registration during new year academic calendar. After developing system has been done, the CBT system is tested to one class at a vocational high school in Indonesia using an system feasibility instrument adapted from technology acceptance model (TAM) to know the level of feasibility the CBT system in perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use. The test results show that CBT system is very suitable for use in the class and can be applied to all schools in Indonesia.
