Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of TQM with 4 subvariabel in benchmarking methods studied, namely: knowledge, motivation, and willingness situation on managerial performance of UMKM.Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling technique and obtained a valid sample of 140 UMKM. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results indicate that the motivation and circumstances have an influence on managerial performance sigifikan UMKM, while the knowledge and the will not have a significant influence on managerial performance of UMKM. Furthermore, it is known that simultaneous testing of knowledge, motivation, and willingness situation has a significant influence on managerial performance of UMKM. The study also found that of the four variables, the situation has the highest influence on managerial performance of UMKMKeywords: TQM (Total Quality Management), Benchmarking, Knowledge, Motivation, Situations, Willingness, Managerial Performance.AbstraksiPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara TQM dengan 4 subvariabel dalam metode benchmarking yang diteliti, yaitu : pengetahuan, motivasi, situasi dan kemauan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM.Pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel yang valid sebanyak 140 UMKM. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan situasi mempunyai pengaruh sigifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM, sedangkan pengetahuan dan kemauan tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM. Selanjutnya, pengujian secara simultan diketahui bahwa pengetahuan, motivasi, situasi dan kemauan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa dari keempat variable tersebut , situasi mempunyai pengaruh yang paling tinggi terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM.Kata kunci : TQM (Total Quality Management), Benchmarking, Pengetahuan, Motivasi, Situasi, Kemauan, Kinerja Manajerial.1. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity dan net profit margin dalam memprediksi kondisi financial distress pada perusahaan di sektor pertanian dan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2011-2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel akhir yang diperoleh sebanyak 40 observasi. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat uji regresi linier berganda yang terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri  dari uji multikolinieritas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskeditas dan uji normalitas. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel current ratio dan net profit margin berpengaruh positif signifikan dalam memprediksi financial distress, variabel return on equity dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh negatif signifikan dalam memprediksi financial distress pada perusahaan. Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity dan net profit margin mampu menjelaskan financial distress sebesar 70,5%, sedangkan sisanya 29,5% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang  belum masuk dalam model penelitian ini. Kata Kunci:   current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, net profit margin dan financial distress.

Abstract

Self-efficacy is the confidence of students to foster self-confidence, or 'self-confidence', in their own abilities. Understanding of Financial Management students, in this study wanted to find out, whether the S1 Management Study Program students were able to understand and follow financial management courses in accordance with the learning achievements to be achieved. This study aims at the effect of self efficacy, understanding of financial management on learning motivation in students. This research was conducted with a population of 100 respondents. Respondents in this study were students in semester 3 of Academic Year 2018/2019 at the Surakarta College of Economics and who were taking the Financial management course. The results of this study indicate that partially and together with the Self Efficacy variant (X1) affect the Student Learning Motivation (Y); Understanding of Financial Management (X2) has an effect on Student Learning Motivation (Y). Keywords: Understanding of Financial Management and Self Efficacy, Student Learning Motivation

Abstract

Strategic partnerships between SMEs processing of dried fish in Rembang is an effort to improve or develop fish processing enterprises capable of high competitiveness and add value in the national market and are able to enter the international market. The technique used in this research is the SWOT matrix, in terms of internal and external. Abstract

ABSTRACT Increased internet usage Required for instagram specific social media increases in millennial generation so research is needed whether millennial financial literacy in the use of social media influences consumptive behavior. This research deals with objectives relating to social media, finance for perliaku behavior. Responding in this study the replacement of 100 of the generations that match the criteria specified in this study. The results of this study prove that Social Media (X1) and Financial Literacy (X2) influence consumer behavior (Y) in millennial generation. Abstract

The Influence of Community Mindset Development as an Effort to Optimize the Utilization of Local Potential to Improve the Economy of Small Businesses in Gambiran Village, Pamotan District, while the expected objectives in this study are to analyze and dissect the allocation of economic resources through local potential with local potential in the rural area of Gambiran Village, Rembang Regency. Development that involves local resources and can be enjoyed by local communities is a measure of the success of a locally based economy. The increasing local-based economy does not make local residents merely spectators and observers outside the system, but involves them in the development of the economy itself. This local potential will open up local people's access to technology, markets, knowledge, capital, better management, as well as wider business relationships. Local potential in rural communities is very interesting to study where the majority of business managers are housewives whose knowledge and abilities are limited but can also contribute to the family's economic growth. Keywords: gender integration, local potential, economic improvement
